Request deletion
Email info@jjtechnologypartners.com with the subject “Facebook data deletion request.” Identify your business or connected Facebook Page, include its Page link or ID if available, and tell us which account you used to connect it. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We verify that you are authorized to request deletion before acting. Once verified, we remove the connection credentials, saved Page information, drafts, approvals, publishing result records, associated connector account, and its audit records from active connector storage. We confirm completion by email and explain any information that must be retained by law.
Withdraw Facebook access
You can also remove J&J TP Page Assistant in Meta's business integration settings. Revoking Meta access and deleting J&J's stored information are separate steps. Request deletion from J&J even if you already revoked access in Meta.
What deletion does not remove
Deleting the connection does not delete your Facebook account, Page, or posts already published on Facebook. Manage those directly in Facebook. Restricted infrastructure recovery copies may remain until they expire under our hosting provider's retention process; if restored, we apply the deletion request again.
