Work we have built

Your information is already there.
We help make it useful.

Most businesses do not need another tool that does not work with the others. They need a better way to use the information already sitting in their accounting software, spreadsheets, inboxes, and the programs they use every day.

The owners can get answers without opening four different programs

We built an AI assistant that the owners talk to in Slack, where they already work. It can run financial reports from QuickBooks, handle rental listing updates in Hostaway, retrieve PriceLabs data, and research questions online.

Instead of opening each program and gathering the details themselves, the owners can start with a question and focus on the answer.

One owner can see how every childcare location is doing

We built one place to see the financial results and other important numbers for every childcare center. The owner can compare locations, see changes over time, and know where attention may be needed.

We also connected the information to the AI tool he already uses, so he can ask questions and understand what the numbers mean in plain language.

Different businesses. The same goal: fewer places to search, clearer answers, and more time for the work only people can do.

What can you do for my business?

Pick the problem
that sounds familiar.

You do not need to know what kind of technology would fix it. Start with the part of the day that takes too long, gets missed, or depends too much on memory.

We're losing track of leads

  • Gather leads from different places
  • Show who still needs a reply
  • Keep good opportunities from going cold

I don't know what needs my attention today

  • Send a short daily owner update
  • Point out overdue work
  • Show what can wait and what cannot

My team enters the same information more than once

  • Move customer details between tools
  • Turn forms into tasks or records
  • Cut down on retyping and mistakes

Jobs get stuck between people

  • Show who is waiting on whom
  • Remind the right person about the next step
  • Keep customer promises visible

Follow-up depends too much on memory

  • Prepare texts or emails for review
  • Remind the team when a customer is waiting
  • Keep following up until there is an answer

I need better answers, not more reports

  • Explain what changed in plain language
  • Compare locations or time periods
  • Bring unusual numbers to your attention

Scheduling takes too much back-and-forth

  • Gather the details needed to schedule work
  • Send reminders before appointments
  • Flag conflicts before they cause a problem

Office work is taking time away from customers

  • Prepare routine paperwork
  • Organize bookkeeping details
  • Gather information before someone reviews it

Where we usually start

Choose a useful first win.

The first project should be small enough to prove its value, but important enough that your team notices the difference.

01

Lead follow-up

A good first win is making sure every lead gets a timely response and stays visible until there is an answer.

02

Clear updates for the owner

Start with one short update that explains what changed, what needs attention, and what can wait.

03

Early warnings about problems

Choose a few warning signs worth watching so the right person hears about a problem before it grows.

04

Customer communication

Begin with one repeated message or follow-up that can be prepared for your team to review and send.

05

Making your tools work together

Connect the two places that cause the most retyping, searching, or missed information.

06

Cleaning up a time-consuming task

Pick one frustrating part of the day, make it easier, and expand only after the improvement earns its place.

What we believe

Support your team.
Don't replace them.

Your employees know the customers, the work, and the judgment calls that keep the business running. The goal is not to replace that experience. It is to stop wasting it.

We take repetitive work, scattered information, and constant checking off your team's plate so everyone - including the owner - can spend more time on the work that actually needs them.

Make every hour count

Good people should not spend
their day chasing information.

Small businesses rarely have extra people or extra hours. When someone is digging through emails, copying the same details twice, or trying to remember what needs follow-up, that is time they cannot spend serving a customer, closing a sale, or improving the business.

FOR YOUR TEAM

Less searching and retyping

Bring together the details people need and prepare routine work for review, so employees can move forward without hunting through five different places.

FOR THE OWNER

Fewer late-night check-ins

Get a short, useful update on what changed, what needs attention, and what can wait - without spending the evening interpreting reports.

FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Faster, more consistent service

Help your team follow up on time, keep promises visible, and give customers the kind of attention that builds a strong local reputation.

What to expect

One useful win.
Then build from there.

Small steps, clear results, and no pressure to change everything at once.

01

Listen

We learn how the work gets done today, where it breaks down, and what a better day would look like for your team.

02

Start small

We solve one useful problem first, using the tools and information your business already has.

03

Test it

Your team tries it in the real world, checks the results, and stays in control of every important decision.

04

Make it better

We keep improving the solution as your business, team, and needs change.
