Straightforward starting points

Pricing should not
be a mystery.

Every business works differently, but you should still know the general investment before starting a conversation. Most clients begin with one useful workflow and expand only after it proves valuable.

Starter

$795/month

For one clear, repeatable problem that is costing the business time or attention.

  • One focused workflow
  • Up to two connected systems
  • One scheduled update, alert, or prepared output
  • Hosting, monitoring, and maintenance

Final pricing depends on the systems involved, the number of handoffs, data access, and the level of ongoing support. We define the scope and price before work begins.

Straight answers

Before we get started.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. These plans are month-to-month. We want the work to keep earning its place in your business.

Is there a setup fee?

If a project requires a separate implementation fee, we will include it in the written scope before work begins. There are no surprise implementation charges.

Are software and usage costs included?

Hosting, monitoring, and normal maintenance are included as described in the plan. If a third-party tool or unusually high usage creates an additional cost, we identify it before you approve the project.

What changes the final price?

The number of systems, handoffs, outputs, permissions, data requirements, and level of ongoing support all affect the scope. We agree on the price before building.

Can we start small?

Yes. That is usually the best approach. We begin with one useful workflow, let your team use it, and expand only when the first improvement proves valuable.

What happens if we stop working together?

We will provide a clear transition plan for the work created for your business, including the code, prompts, and integration documentation that are part of your solution.

Start with one problem worth solving.
