J&J Technology Partners, LLC ("J&J," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through jjtechnologypartners.com and software or integrations we provide to clients, including integrations with LinkedIn, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. We also receive information you choose to provide when you email us or communicate with us about our services.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may automatically process basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
LinkedIn integrations
J&J clients may choose to connect an authorized LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Page to software we provide. We access LinkedIn information only after an authorized user grants permission through LinkedIn and only within the permissions LinkedIn makes available to our application.
Depending on the features a client enables and the permissions LinkedIn approves, the integration may process:
- LinkedIn member and organization identifiers, names, profile or Page details, and the user's role or authority for a Page;
- access tokens and related authorization information needed to maintain the connection;
- posts, drafts, images, videos, documents, comments, reactions, and other content the client chooses to manage;
- Page, follower, post, and engagement information, including views, clicks, comments, reactions, and other available analytics; and
- posting instructions, approval status, and scheduling information supplied by the client.
We use this information to bring authorized business information into the client's workflow, help the client review and understand LinkedIn activity, prepare content, obtain any required approval, publish or schedule authorized posts, manage authorized Page interactions, and report results. We do not use LinkedIn information for unrelated advertising, sell it, or use it to build profiles about people who have not authorized our application.
Connecting LinkedIn is optional. A client may withdraw permission through the applicable LinkedIn settings or ask us to disconnect the integration. When a user asks us to delete information collected through LinkedIn, closes the relevant account with us, or when the integration is no longer used, we will delete the LinkedIn information and access tokens associated with that user except where retention is required by law. A deletion or disconnection request may be sent to info@jjtechnologypartners.com.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising trackers on this website. If we add website analytics, we may use cookies or similar technologies to understand general traffic and how visitors use the site. We will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law before doing so.
How we use information
We use information collected through the website to:
- respond to questions and requests;
- discuss or provide our services;
- operate, secure, and improve the website;
- detect and prevent fraud, misuse, or technical problems; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Submitting the contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. If we offer a marketing list later, we will provide a separate way to choose whether to join it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the website or deliver messages to us. These providers may include Cloudflare and our email service providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, financing, or similar business transaction.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. LinkedIn information is kept only while needed to provide the authorized integration and is deleted as described in the LinkedIn integrations section above. Technical logs may be retained for shorter periods determined by our hosting and security providers.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted through this website. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. To make a request, email us at info@jjtechnologypartners.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
